MLC Partners are execlusively working with a prestigous University in Central London on a permanent post for a Senior Resource Manager. This is a pivitol role for the Universtiy and will be at the forefront of driving change for a newly established office.

Role Overview:

  • Strategic Recruitment & Process Development: Partner with the Head of Portfolio to design a recruitment strategy, implementing an updated hiring process to attract top candidates through various sourcing methods.

  • Resource Information & Reporting: Deliver precise and timely resource data to both the Director and the Head of, supporting the creation of stakeholder reports and presentation materials.

  • Resource Forecasting & Planning: Anticipate future resource requirements by analysing project and programme plans, as well as resource profiles and demand forecasts.

  • Demand Management & Process Optimisation: Establish and refine processes to ensure a clear and up-to-date understanding of resource needs from both prospective and active projects.

  • Onboarding & Transition Management: Enhance the joiners, movers, and leavers processes by updating the Induction Pack, ensuring a smooth onboarding and transition experience for team members.

  • Collaboration with Project Teams: Work closely with Project Managers to assess resource requirements, flag potential conflicts, address skill shortages, and identify critical dependencies that could impact project timelines and delivery.
