Frazer Jones is pleased to be partnering with a leading global professional services firm that have offices in over 70 countries globally. We're looking for an established total reward professional to become their new Senior Reward manager, reporting to the Head of Reward. You'll have two direct reports to support your work and be responsible for managing all of their compensation and benefits activities for c1500 employees. The role can offer hybrid or remote working but you must be able to attend one of their UK offices on occasion and have the full right to work in the UK. As the Senior Reward Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing our total reward strategy, ensuring it aligns with business objectives and supports employee engagement, retention, and attraction. You will work closely with senior leaders and the HR team to deliver effective and innovative reward programs, while ensuring compliance with market trends and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, implement, and manage the overall reward and benefits strategy for the company, ensuring alignment with business goals.
  • Lead on compensation benchmarking, salary reviews, and benefits schemes across all levels of the business.
  • Lead a team of 2, supporting their development and progression.
  • Carry out bonus review, design and implementation projects.
  • Provide expert advice to senior management on reward strategies, including pay structure and bonus plans.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of reward programs, ensuring competitiveness in the market and compliance with relevant laws.
  • Lead annual salary reviews, bonus schemes, and performance-related pay processes.
  • Conduct regular market analysis to ensure compensation and benefits are in line with industry standards.
  • Collaborate with HR, Finance, and other key stakeholders to ensure a seamless integration of reward programs.
  • Oversee employee communication strategies related to reward and recognition.
  • Ensure governance and regulatory compliance for all reward-related activities.

To be considered for this role you must be already operating and established as a Manager or Senior manager grade, ideally with a sector background in financial services. Team leadership and multi-country experience is also preferred but the company will consider different backgrounds if you show the relevant skills and potential. It's essential you have proven experience in both compensation and benefits with a strong knowledge of reward structures, including salary benchmarking, bonus schemes, and employee benefits. Excellent analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to make informed decisions is key. You should be a strategic thinker with strong project management skills and attention to detail. The ability to build strong relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels will be important for success. Ideally the preferred candidate will have bonus design and implementation experience.
