Major Players are working with one of the largest experiential agencies in the world, based out of their Central London offices we are looking to recruit a Senior Staffing Manager into their team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and develop the staffing team, ensuring top-tier service.
  • Create and implement tailored development plans, empowering your team.
  • Oversee recruitment, onboarding, scheduling, and client liaison for all internal campaigns.
  • Lead recruitment drives and source new talent to maintain an "always on" recruitment strategy.
  • Serve as the primary contact for account teams, ensuring seamless communication.
  • Develop new business opportunities in collaboration with the Staffing Director.
  • Manage all staffing-related new business responses, including pricing and pitching.
  • Ensure compliance with all talent eligibility and performance standards.
  • Conduct field visits to retail and event activations, driving your team to do the same.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and share insights internally and externally.
