Your new companyYou will be working for a global retail company in Central London.This role will operate on a hybrid working model with the expectation to be in their London offices 2 days per week with the remaining 3 days as WFH.Your new roleYou will be working as a Temporary Standalone HR/Office Manager for an initial 3 month period however this role has the potential to become permanent.Some duties will include:

  • Liaise with payroll provider to arrange monthly pay report
  • Arrange recruitment process and conduct interviews with Directors and Managers
  • Prepare various HR document (including employment contract) using the template provided
  • Handle HR issues with advice from HR consultant/Solicitor
  • Training and developing of staff
  • Staff life cycle - from recruitment, onboarding to exit interview
  • Work to improve employee relations
  • Assist Office move/Store opening project
  • General administration including facility maintenance of head office/retail store
  • Assist company's events (e.g. stocktake, sample sale, Christmas party)
  • Track holiday and sick records on Absentify
  • Implement internal rules and staff handbook

What you'll need to succeedIn order to succeed in this role, you will have previous experience in a HR generalist position.
