In this dynamic position, you will identify, target, and headhunt candidates whose skills and values align with the organisation's standards.Key Responsibilities:Collaborate with hiring managers to define recruitment needs and draught candidate profiles.Employ diverse sourcing strategies, with an emphasis on digital and direct methods.Screen CVs to pinpoint high-potential candidates.Conduct qualitative interviews to evaluate candidates' competencies and aspirations.Ensure a positive candidate experience by providing regular updates on progress.Maintain and monitor recruitment reports and KPIs, suggesting improvements as necessary.Stay informed on recruitment trends and competitor activities.Promote the organisation's employer brand at recruitment events.Who You Are:The ideal candidate is enthusiastic, reliable, and committed to inclusion, with experience in recruitment.
