Job Title: Talent Acquisition ManagerLocation: White City, LondonContract Type: TemporaryHourly Rate: £23 - £27Contract Length: 3 months (Start Date: 27th January 2025, End Date: 25th April 2025)Working Pattern: Full TimeDriving Required: NoJoin our client's UKI Talent Acquisition team as a Talent Acquisition Manager and play a vital role in recruiting exceptional talent for their Operations, Commercial, and E-commerce divisions. In this dynamic position, you will identify, target, and headhunt candidates whose skills and values align with the organisation's standards.Key Responsibilities:Collaborate with hiring managers to define recruitment needs and draught candidate profiles.Employ diverse sourcing strategies, with an emphasis on digital and direct methods.Screen CVs to pinpoint high-potential candidates.Conduct qualitative interviews to evaluate candidates' competencies and aspirations.Ensure a positive candidate experience by providing regular updates on progress.Maintain and monitor recruitment reports and KPIs, suggesting improvements as necessary.Stay informed on recruitment trends and competitor activities.Promote the organisation's employer brand at recruitment events.Who You Are:The ideal candidate is enthusiastic, reliable, and committed to inclusion, with experience in recruitment. You possess:Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication abilities.A proactive, solution-oriented mindset and a desire to learn.The capacity to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.Proficiency in recruitment tools, processes, and data, with experience in job portals and LinkedIn.Skills in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word; experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (Avature is a plus).A commitment to championing candidate experience and building effective relationships.This opportunity is conveniently located just a 6-minute walk from Wood Lane train station.
