We are looking for a drive, proactive and experienced Talent Acquisition Manager to join an exciting company based in Central London.What you’ll do:

Target top level talent using a variety of channels for open positions within the company.
Manage a small team of individuals and support them in hitting targets and reaching their potential.
Screen potential talent and conduct interviews and pre-employment tests.
Work closely with company directors to ensure sufficient deadlines are met.
Oversee the hiring process and ensuring smooth transitions.
Provide HR guidance to individuals.
Promoting the company’s brand and working in line with company ethos.
