Role Overview:The Talent Acquisition Manager will play a pivotal role in attracting talent to this prime property developer. This position involves both leading direct talent searches and, where needed, managing recruitment agency partnerships to ensure the company recruits the best people. As the in-house recruitment expert, you will collaborate closely with hiring managers as well as the rest of the HR team to fully understand departmental needs and deliver bespoke recruitment solutions. A key focus will be sourcing talent for the new Strategy Consulting business and enhancing the recruitment skills of leadership across the organisation.

Key Responsibilities:* Direct Candidate Searches: Proactively identify, engage, and recruit top-tier talent across a variety of roles to meet business needs.* Partnership Management: Manage relationships with recruitment agencies and partners, ensuring they provide high-quality candidates. Regularly review the preferred supplier list, negotiate favourable terms, and ensure alignment with the UK's standards and values.* Collaboration & Strategy: Partner with hiring managers and HR colleagues to design tailored recruitment strategies. Provide coaching and guidance on recruitment best practices, ensuring leaders understand their roles and responsibilities throughout the selection process.* Candidate Experience: Ensure a seamless and positive experience for candidates, with all touchpoints reflecting the UK's brand and values.* Talent Pipeline Management: Serve as a brand ambassador for our brand at events and networking opportunities, actively promoting the organisation. Develop and build a talent pool for future hiring needs through networking, internal referrals, and speculative inquiries. Build and manage a shared talent database across the HR team to maximise recruitment efforts.

Qualifications and Skills:* Proven track record in recruitment, ideally within luxury brands and/or professional services sectors.* Expertise in leveraging digital recruitment tools such as LinkedIn and online job boards.* Exhibits the personal qualities we value in all our people: an ownership mindset, hardworking, intelligence, collaboration, integrity, and humility* Proficiency in competency-based interviewing and a variety of selection techniques.* Strong networking skills and ability to build lasting relationships.* Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a collaborative approach to working with others.* Demonstrate experience managing stakeholder relationships and influencing hiring decisions at all levels of the organisation.
