Our client is a major construction company who are seeking to recruit a learning and development administrator to work for their London region based from their office in Kings Cross, London

The Role

In this role you will bethe first point of contact for all HR and learning and development enquiries within the business unit.

  • From a learning and development perspective you will manage and coordinate all aspects of learning and development activities for employees linked to technical, people development and ad-hoc training as required (excluding SHE).
  • You will regularly analyse data to identify trends and check accuracy and integrity of data that allow my client to improve their service.
  • Support early careers staff and their continued development, which will include liaison with educational bodies and institutions.

Requirements

  • Demonstrable experience in HR administration.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work to high standards of accuracy
  • Good understanding of the right to work and UK immigration rules as well as understanding the implications of Data Protection legislation on your work.
  • This role is a key part of our service delivery through support to our team, our people, incoming new starters and job candidates.
  • Previous experience of working with an LMS and HR system.

  • 28k-32k + Benefits
