  • Liaising and collaborating with the Head of Operations and CEO on all internal operations
  • Managing projects and client relationships
  • Creating new and revising old procedures for efficiency and effectiveness across the business
  • Supporting the wider business by streamlining workflows to improve productivity
  • Creating a system for reporting and KPIs
  • Helping support the business with its growth plans
  • Managing all HR documentation, policies and compliance
  • Recruiting, onboarding and offboarding employees
  • Managing the lifecycle of employees
  • Liaise with key stakeholders and vendors including lawyers and HR consultants.
