- Liaising and collaborating with the Head of Operations and CEO on all internal operations
- Managing projects and client relationships
- Creating new and revising old procedures for efficiency and effectiveness across the business
- Supporting the wider business by streamlining workflows to improve productivity
- Creating a system for reporting and KPIs
- Helping support the business with its growth plans
- Managing all HR documentation, policies and compliance
- Recruiting, onboarding and offboarding employees
- Managing the lifecycle of employees
- Liaise with key stakeholders and vendors including lawyers and HR consultants.
- A candidate who is ready to hit the ground running in this fast paced exciting team
- 3-6 years combined experience of Operations and HR
- Prior experience working with stakeholders and clients
- Confident working autonomously whilst being part of a collaborative team
- Excellent communication skills
- Highly organised and results driven
