  • Actively contributing to the People Plan, engaging in business meetings to provide valuable insights.
  • Utilising people data for effective planning and decision-making.
  • Advising and mentoring line managers on various HR challenges, offering support and best practises.
  • Supporting the Head of HR on key projects, from talent management to organisational design.
  • Enhancing employee engagement through surveys, recognition frameworks, and effective communication strategies.

  • Identifying and resolving employee relations issues promptly.
  • Conducting exit interviews to boost retention strategies.
  • Regularly reviewing organisational structures for efficiency improvements.
  • Experience in Human Resources with strong advisory skills.
  • Knowledge of UK employment law (and international is a plus.).
  • An empathetic communicator with the ability to handle sensitive situations effectively.
