- Advising and mentoring line managers on various HR challenges, offering support and best practises.
- Supporting the Head of HR on key projects, from talent management to organisational design.
- Enhancing employee engagement through surveys, recognition frameworks, and effective communication strategies.
You will thrive in a collaborative environment, ensuring all team members feel included and valued. Your role will involve:
- Identifying and resolving employee relations issues promptly.
- Conducting exit interviews to boost retention strategies.
- Regularly reviewing organisational structures for efficiency improvements.
- Experience in Human Resources with strong advisory skills.
- Knowledge of UK employment law (and international is a plus.).
- An empathetic communicator with the ability to handle sensitive situations effectively.
