About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide HR and payroll admin across departments.
- Maintain employee records in HR systems (e.g., Oracle, SAP).
- Ensure new starter processes (contracts, payroll) are completed.
- Respond to HR queries on pay, leave, benefits, and systems.
- Assist in compliance with UKVI right-to-work and data security (GDPR).
- Support employee benefits, recognition schemes, and audits.
- Collaborate with HR team and stakeholders to ensure smooth service.
Person Specification:
- Experience in HR administration (preferably in a large organisation).
- Knowledge of HR systems (Oracle, SAP) and employment law.
- Strong organisational and communication skills.
- Attention to detail, accuracy in HR data and documentation.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proactive, customer-focused, and adaptable.
