Regional HR Advisor 

45-50K full time permanent position

Hybrid working

Based out of either the Chingford or St Albans hub (With travel to both)

We are looking for an experienced HR Advisor to join our clients who are a tier one social housing contractor, as the regional expert, providing crucial support to managers and employees. You’ll play a key role in coaching managers and offering expert HR advice, guiding them through employee relations queries and management processes. Your efforts will empower them to make informed, independent decisions in the future. This role will require travel between the two office locations so must be willing to travel

What You’ll Do

  • Act as the regional HR expert, supporting and coaching managers
  • Provide comprehensive HR advice on employee relations and management processes
  • Help deliver the People Plan, promoting best practices in line with our policies
  • Ensure accurate casework administration, adhering to GDPR
  • Support Learning & Development initiatives, including facilitating training
  • Regularly review HR data insights, identify trends, and reflect on team performance

What We’re Looking For

  • Strong knowledge of employee relations and experience in a generalist HR advisory role (Ideally held within the construstion industry)
  • CIPD Level 5 (preferred, but not essential)
  • Empathy, confidentiality, and a commitment to excellent customer service
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks
  • Advanced Excel skills (V-lookups, pivot tables) and experience handling large data sets
  • Proven experience in producing reports, business cases, and complex letters
  • Full UK driving license (held for at least 1 year) and a willingness to travel to our hubs
