Job Title: HR Advisor
Location: Wimbledon 1 day a week, Hungerford (RG17) 3 days a week, 1 day from home
Reporting To: Head of HR, UK & Europe

Must have a full UK Driving Licence for occasional site travel - Car allowance is a benefit included in this role.

Main Purpose:
As the first point of contact for employees and line managers, the HR Advisor will provide guidance on HR policies and people management practices. This role supports the Head of HR in implementing HR initiatives and maintaining accurate employee records.

Key Responsibilities:

  • HR Administration: Maintain accurate employee records, manage onboarding/offboarding, and process contracts and updates.
  • Recruitment & Selection: Support recruitment, including creating job descriptions, screening candidates, and liaising with recruitment partners.
  • HR Delivery: Advise on the employee lifecycle, handle disciplinary/grievance issues, support onboarding, and assist with HR projects.
  • Payroll Support: Collaborate with Finance on payroll checks, absence records, and submissions.

Key Requirements:

  • 2-3 years' experience in an HR role, providing first-line advice on policies, employee relations, and employment law.
  • Experience with HRIS and Visa/Immigration processes.
  • CIPD Level 5 (or above) qualification.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (SharePoint, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Ideal experience would be from a blue collar environment such as manufacturing, construction, logistics, engineering.
  • Strong communication, adaptability, initiative, and prioritization skills.
