Our client, a luxury fashion brand are looking for a HR Advisor to join their lovely team.

A real generalist HR position, working across the Head Office side of the business, the role of the HR Advisor encompasses HR Services, Employee Engagement and Employee Relations.

Main Responsibilities - Manage the new starter, changes and leaver processes. Update probation review tracker and chase any outstanding reviews. Assist and resolve Payroll queries in a timely manner, including jury service. Manage all HR documents for the Intranet ensuring all information is accurate and up to date. Support the Head of HR/People Partner’s with the bi-annual pay review process. Support with any HR Projects, and lead any HR Services specific projects. Complete filing ensuring all employee files are up to date. Process all engagement initiatives for all employees. Support the Head of HR with any ER processes e.g. preparing documentation for grievances, disciplinary, performance management, sickness absence meetings, maternity/paternity and flexible working.
