Our leading London law firm is looking to hire a dedicated, proactive HR Advisor to join their busy and talented HR team, a great opportunity for someone to step up to HR Advisor level or transition across in to a highly successful firm. As a member of a small (front-line) HR team, we are looking for someone with good communication skills, and who brings enthusiasm to their role and to the contribution they can bring to the team.

  • Up to £45,000 experience dependent
  • Hybrid working (3 days in the office / 2 days remote)
  • 9:30am to 5:30pm working hours

HR Advisor Key Responsibilities:

  • New joiners and leavers processes and weekly updates; super user for all systems; ensuring input for all new starters onto systems. Provide cover to HRM where appropriate
  • Hold HR induction for all new support team joiners, and lawyer inductions when HRM is not available
  • Work with HRM on End of Probation reviews; Parental Leave, Flexible Working, Compassionate Leave, Occupational Health requests, Promotion logistics etc
  • Work with HRD with the planning and successful implementation of well-being activities and professional development
  • Manage mid-seat and end of seat review documentation and compliance; manage seat rotation logistics; manage qualification admin, IT logistics
  • Work with Talent Officer and HRA to manage the annual graduate recruitment process including assessment centres, vacation weeks, insight days

HR Advisor Key Skills & Requirements:

  • At least 18 months experience, preferably within a law firm
  • Strong MS Office skills
  • Ability to multi-task, be proactive and stay organised
  • Excellent attention to detail
