SALARY - CIRCA £55,000

Alexander Lloyd are delighted to be supporting a small insurance organisation on the recruitment of an HR Advisor on a permanent basis.

The role has come about due to growth and will report into the current standalone HR manager to support on all things HR.

You will be the first line point of contact for HR and will need to have extensive knowledge of ER and the ability to deal with ER cases from start to resolution.

We are looking for candidates that have come from a fast-paced commercial background (ideally Insurance) and have the ability to hit the ground running. Due to the urgency of the role I can only consider candidates with a notice period of 1 month maximum

You will have/need:-

  • A full HR Generalist background
  • Extensive knowledge of Employee Relations
  • Up to date on UK Employment Law
  • Ability to prioritise workload
  • Support and provide advise and guidance on HR to the business
  • Ideally from an Insurance / Financial Services background
  • Maximum 1 month notice period
  • CIPD Qualified

This organisation offer a hybrid working pattern of 3 days office and 2 from home. They have recently moved to some very up to date and Modern offices over looking London.

The salary on offer is up to £55,000 per annum plus bonus and benefits including the ability to study further CIPD qualifications!
