HR AdvisorLondon Central  - Hybrid£40K-£45KThis is a fantastic opportunity for a confident, driven and talented HR Advisor to join an established legal services organisation and continue to develop the current HR practices and processes.You will be joining the ready formed experienced team of a Top 200 Law Firm, working closely with the Company Partners and the Heads of all departments. The successful candidate will:
  • Provide an efficient support service for all employees, ensuring a fair and consistent application of HR policies and procedures.
  • Be confident with all ER and provide first line advice, guidance and coaching for all matters relating to the full employee lifecycle.
  • Responsibility for the completion of people related changes and have experience with payroll.
  • Track and provide data as requested, using HR platform.
  • Maintenance of HR System holding employee information in timely and accurate manner.
  • Partner with Learning and Development and managers to support in the identification and provision of training and development needs
  • Consistently review and develop of people related processes, as appropriate, supporting the continual improvement of the function.
  • Ensuring all Health & Safety is adhered to. Completing all necessary Risk Assessments
Essential: 
  • Proven experience working in a HR team of 3+ years
  • HR legislative understanding and knowledge
  • Experience in advising on HR associated matters
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Highly organised with the ability to manage conflicting priorities
  • Adaptable/flexible
  • Have a determined and resilient attitude towards work.
  • Positive and credible with the ability to build trust, respect and openness
  • Commercial and proactive mind-set
  • Good IT knowledge
  • Excellent communication& interpersonal skills and the ability to listen and problem solve
