Profile

A successful HR Advisor should have:

  • CIPD level 5 qualified, or willingness to work towards
  • Experience in a similar role operating in a fast-paced and dynamic environment (ideally in Technology & Telecoms sector).
  • Proficiency in HR systems and databases
  • Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills
  • Excellent active listening, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company
  • Knowledge of HR systems and databases
