HR Advisor, EC4N, LondonPermanent, Hybrid£45,000-£50,000 plus bonus40 hours per weekYou must have at least 4 years previous HR experience and live within 1 hour commute to be considered for this role.HR Recruit is currently seeking an experienced HR professional to join a rapidly expanding organisation in the industrial sector. Reporting directly into the Head of HR, there is lots of scope to build this HR function in this very fast paced role. There is the potential to learn and grow as this organisation expands. There is the opportunity to make a real difference within this company as it is undergoing an exciting transformation journey.HR Advisor Responsibilities

  • Review and renewal of all HR Policies and procedures
  • Managing and/or supporting recruitment related activities and other HR processes
  • Provide 1st Line HR Support for all employees.
  • To carry out HR project work as required
  • Provide advice and support to line managers and employees regarding any change in employment legislation,.
  • To manage the disciplinary and grievance procedures: advising managers, supporting investigations
  • To manage data contained in the HR system, ensuring it is accurate and up-to-date
  • Assist with rebuilding cultures and behaviours
  • Assist in HR administrative tasks

Person Specification

  • Must have at least 4 years generalist HR experience
  • Working understanding of UK Employment Law
  • Resilient and able to work under pressure
  • Flexible and able to adapt to changing requirements
  • High level of attention to detail
  • Can do attitude and down to earth approach

The role is 40 hours per week.
