- Act as the first point of contact for employee queries.
- Assist Line Managers on ER matters, providing guidance on best practice, note-taking, and escalating to the People Director when required.
- Champion HR data; update and maintain HR systems, pull and present reports to relevant stakeholders on HR metrics.
- Oversee the end to end annual performance review processes, acting as a coach to Line Managers.
- Coordinator onboarding from offer letters through to inductions and being a lynchpin between the wider HR team and the hiring managers.
- Support on additional ad hoc People projects as required.
- 3-5 years’ HR Experience is essential
- Exposure to Employee Relations and strong knowledge of Employment Law
- Excellent communication skills, written and oral
- Exposure to support HR across different UK sites is a bonus but not essential!
- Proactive, and resourceful individual who is comfortable working in a small team
