HR Advisor (Temp)

  • Hours of Work: 37.5 hours, Monday to Friday
  • Contract: Temporary Full-Time for up to 3-months
  • Hybrid working - minimum 3-days in the office

Reed HR are working with a Legal firm  based in Central London who are looking to recruit a HR Advisor on a Temporary basis for up to 3-months. This role involves supporting with managing people systems, advising on policy and procedures, managing stakeholder relationships, end to end recruitment processes, as well as overseeing training programmes.

Day-to-day of the role:

  • Assist in administering recruitment processes including onboarding, interview coordination, and liaising with recruitment agencies.
  • Act as the main contact for recruitment queries, manage the Recruitment inbox, and handle correspondence with candidates.
  • Support the People Team in organising staff and member learning and development opportunities.
  • Manage all aspects of specific project recruitment, training, and maintaining contact with future prospects.
  • Promote and manage equality, diversity, and inclusion initiatives, ensuring all practices are fair and transparent.
  • Maintain accurate HR records and diversity monitoring data.
  • Provide wellbeing support and ensure access to the Employee Assistance Programme (EAP) and other support mechanisms.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Highly IT literate with proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 applications as well as good experience working with HRIS systems
  • Experience in general HR process implementation and excellent project management skills.
  • Strong understanding of equality, diversity, and inclusiveness issues with experience in implementing related initiatives.
  • Ability to provide management information and reporting for key stakeholders with excellent minute-taking skills.
  • Well-developed relationship skills, capable of building, managing, and sustaining client relationships.
