We are proud to be partnering with a National heritage institution in South West London, who are looking to appoint a HR Advisor on a yearlong FTC.

This will be a full-time position based in South West, with 2 days working from home and a salary of £35,000 per annum.

The ideal candidate will have strong organisational skills and used workday.

Duties will include (but are not limited to):

  • Supporting the HR BP with resolution of employee relations issues, including disciplinary actions, grievances, and conflict resolution
  • Providing pragmatic, and consistent advice and guidance in line with our policies and procedures and best practice, regarding people related issues especially covering attendance, performance issues, disciplinaries and grievances
  • Acting as a point of contact for employee queries and concerns, providing guidance on HR policies and procedures
  • Assisting SLT across the board with all HR related, projects, initiatives, day to day tasks, in line with the organisations strategy and business demands
  • Carrying out monthly payroll reconciliation and validation of pay changes, working with HR Coordinators and the outsourced payroll provider to ensure that payroll is processed efficiently, problems are resolved in a timely manner and colleagues are paid accurately and on time

Working hours:

  • 36 hours per week
  • Monday - Friday, core hours 10am-6pm
