  • Act as the first point of contact for employee queries.
  • Assist Line Managers on ER matters, providing guidance on best practice, note-taking, and escalating to the People Director when required.
  • Champion HR data; update and maintain HR systems, pull and present reports to relevant stakeholders on HR metrics.
  • Oversee the end to end annual performance review processes, acting as a coach to Line Managers.
  • Coordinator onboarding from offer letters through to inductions and being a lynchpin between the wider HR team and the hiring managers.
  • Support on additional ad hoc People projects as required.
What is the company looking for? 
  • 3-5 years’ HR Experience is essential
  • Exposure to Employee Relations and strong knowledge of Employment Law
  • Excellent communication skills, written and oral
  • Exposure to support HR across different UK sites is a bonus but not essential!
  • Proactive, and resourceful individual who is comfortable working in a small team
