Description
- Provide HR advice and support to managers and staff.

Profile
A successful HR Advisor should have:
- A degree in Human Resources or a related field.
- Proven experience in a similar HR role within the Technology & Telecoms industry.
- Strong knowledge of employment law.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in HR systems and databases (Bright HR and/or Oracle)
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure.
- Experience in implementing and delivery people engagement strategies and initiatives.
