We are partnering with a international food manufacturer who are seeking an HR Analyst.HR AnalystSalary: Up to £50,000 Location: UK, Remote -  Travel to Ireland Offices (once per quarter)Note: Please note there is a 4 week onboarding period based out of their Ireland office which would be required. What You’ll Do:
  • Serve as the subject matter expert for HR systems, including HRIS, Time & Attendance, Engagement, and Recruitment platforms.
  • Deliver guidance, training, and technical support to HR teams and key business stakeholders.
  • Manage and enhance the functionality of the HRIS, ensuring data integrity and smooth system updates.
  • Support employee engagement efforts through the coordination and reporting of engagement surveys.
  • Contribute to the implementation and optimisation of a global applicant tracking system, using data insights to refine recruitment strategies.
Skills needed:
  • Proficient in Excel and Power BI
  • Holds an HR qualification or possesses equivalent relevant experience.
  • Highly analytical with a strong interest in HR systems and data-driven insights.
  • Skilled at turning data insights into practical, actionable recommendations for the business.
  • Experience with SAP SuccessFactors or comparable HR systems is advantageous.
