- Serve as the subject matter expert for HR systems, including HRIS, Time & Attendance, Engagement, and Recruitment platforms.
- Deliver guidance, training, and technical support to HR teams and key business stakeholders.
- Manage and enhance the functionality of the HRIS, ensuring data integrity and smooth system updates.
- Support employee engagement efforts through the coordination and reporting of engagement surveys.
- Contribute to the implementation and optimisation of a global applicant tracking system, using data insights to refine recruitment strategies.
- Proficient in Excel and Power BI
- Holds an HR qualification or possesses equivalent relevant experience.
- Highly analytical with a strong interest in HR systems and data-driven insights.
- Skilled at turning data insights into practical, actionable recommendations for the business.
- Experience with SAP SuccessFactors or comparable HR systems is advantageous.
