Description

HR Business Partner responsibilities:

  • Lead on the design and delivery of L&D strategies to develop the skills, capabilities, and leadership potential within the organisation.
  • Drive and champion EDI initiatives, ensuring we embed inclusivity across all aspects of our charity's work.
  • Partner with senior leaders to lead on complex organisational changes, including restructures, ensuring legal compliance, effective communication, and a people-focused approach.
  • Provide expert advice and support on a broad range of HR matters, including employee relations, performance management, and talent development.
  • Support the delivery of strategic workforce planning, ensuring our teams are aligned to meet current and future needs.
  • Line management of HR Administrator

Profile

The successful HR Business Partner should have:

  • Proven experience in leading organisational change such as restructures, including consultation and implementation processes.
  • Expertise in L&D with a track record of designing and delivering impactful learning initiatives.
  • Strong understanding of EDI, with the ability to embed inclusive practices and foster a diverse workplace culture.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and partner with senior leaders.
  • A proactive and collaborative approach, with a genuine passion for people and organisational development.

Job Offer

  • Salary up to £45,000
