HR Business Partner
Contract Type: Temporary, available to start immediately
Location: London with hybrid working available.
Hours: Full time.
Salary: £24.73-£26.85 per hour (PAYE)
Join our client's dynamic team as a temporary HR Business Partner in the education sector. This exciting opportunity allows you to play a key role in a large complex change programme to introduce a shared services model into the Professional Services Directorate.
The post holder will provide HR expertise by supporting the large organisational change project, including job evaluation, consultation meetings, management of employee matters, employee engagement and phasing of the implementation, recruitment and selection of new teams and structures.
You will be instrumental in engaging with unions and managing their queries in relation to this change programme and be able to manage difficult conversations and meeting involving both unions and employees.
You will build and maintain effective HR business partnering relationships influencing people agendas to support business objectives and build an engaged, productive and high-performing workforce.
Candidate requirements
- Demonstrable experience working in a business partnering capacity within a unionised environment.
- Previous experience in providing support for transformational change programmes.
- Experience in the design, consultation, delivery and embedding of organisation change.
- Experience of job evaluations preferably using HERA.
- Ability to develop and maintain effective working relationships with stakeholders across all levels.
- Good analytical skills with the ability to interpret and present workforce data and trends to influence decision making and workforce strategies.
- CIPD qualified Level 7 or equivalent experience.
