Our client, a leading organization in the media space, is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to join their team on a 12-month fixed-term contract to start ASAP.This role offers a unique opportunity to gain extensive exposure to projects and process implementation across Europe, with a strong focus on Post-Merger Integration (PMI).Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as a strategic HR partner to Senior VPs across the business, providing guidance and support on HR initiatives.
  • Lead and contribute to various projects and process improvements, ensuring smooth integration and operational efficiency post-merger.
  • Drive data-driven decision-making, leveraging insights to optimize HR strategies.
  • Implement and enhance HR processes in line with business objectives, ensuring efficiency and compliance.
  • Work closely with senior leadership to develop and execute HR strategies that align with the company’s growth and transformation plans.
  • Be hands-on in HR operations, supporting a mix of strategic and operational activities.
Key Requirements:
  • Proven experience in Post-Merger Integration (PMI) within a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders effectively.

  • Ability to work collaboratively with senior stakeholders, influencing and driving HR initiatives.
  • Comfortable in both strategic planning and operational execution, with a hands-on, proactive approach.
