HR Category Specialist

Your new companyYou will be working in a well-known and respected management consultancy, with multiple offices up and down the UK and across the globe. You will be sat in the EMEA Sourcing team, supporting the Talent/HR category. Your new roleAs an HR Category Specialist, you'll be working with your procurement team and the Senior HR Procurement Manager, covering all aspects of the procurement cycle. In accordance to the firm's procurement methodology, you will be supporting global internal clients on sourcing projects locally and regionally. You will also be executing contracts, supporting on supplier implementation practices and making an impact by developing the global procurement function.What you'll need to succeedYou will be working in a fast-paced environment, displaying strong collaboration and negotiation skills. Attention to detail is a must as you'll be creating and managing complex tender and benchmarking exercises, as well as undergoing presentations of your findings through strong data & analytic executions. You will also need to have a good understanding of legal agreements / contract templates. Meeting your deadlines by staying self-motivated with a high drive for results and efficiency are essential to succeeding.What you'll get in returnYou will receive a competitive salary of up to £52,500 p/a + package, and the opportunity to collaborate with some of the firm's most experienced leaders to influence the direction of procurement.
