We are seeking multiple HR Consultants to assist with significant organizational change, including restructuring and redundancies.
Candidates must demonstrate a strong background in managing large-scale organizational change projects in a leadership role on their CV.
Extensive public sector experience is a mandatory requirement for consideration for this role.
The positions are interim, lasting at least 6 months, with a salary expected to be around £80k for London-based hybrid work.

We are potentially going to be looking for several HR Consultants to help support a huge organisational change which will include restructure and redundancies.

To be considered you must have a very strong background that is clear on your CV in managing large scale organisational change projects in a lead position.

Please be advised that you MUST have extensive public sector experience to be considered. Any candidates without this cannot be considered on this occasion

The roles are interim for at least 6 months and whilst the pay details are being finalised, it will likely pay up to around £80k
