Hybrid Interim HR Consultant
Are you an experienced HR professional with a passion for managing change and transformation to join a team on a hybrid interim basis.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and execute change programmes, ensuring clear communication and risk management.
- Provide expert guidance on redundancy consultations, TUPE transfers, and restructures.
- Develop change management strategies to support colleagues through transitions.
- Advise on employee relations, ensuring legal compliance and best practices.
- Represent ER during collective consultations and maintain relationships with representatives.
- Build leader capability through training on managing change and employee relations.
- Manage employee relations cases arising from change programmes.
Transformation:
- Identify trends and recommend solutions for employee relations.
- Simplify processes and continuously improve policies and practices.
- Provide insights to support targeted HR interventions.
- Ensure transformation aligns with our values and legal requirements.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Proven experience in change management and employee relations.
- Strong knowledge of redundancy consultations, TUPE transfers, and restructures.
- Excellent communication and training skills.
- Commitment to legal compliance and the delivery of communications
