My client is a rapidly expanding Multi Academy Trust that is seeking an experienced HR Officer to join their team.  This role would suit an HR Officer who has previously worked in the Education Sector and is able to provide high-quality HR support across the Trust.The successful candidate will play a vital role in recruitment, onboarding, payroll administration, and compliance while ensuring all HR processes run smoothly and effectively.Salary for this role is to £34K and is based on site in Enfield.  Key Responsibilities:
  • Recruitment & Onboarding: Managing end-to-end recruitment, drafting job adverts, coordinating interviews, and ensuring compliance with safeguarding regulations.
  • HR Administration & Compliance: Maintaining accurate HR records, managing payroll submissions, and ensuring policies align with employment law and safeguarding standards.
  • Single Central Record (SCR) Management: Keeping records up to date, conducting compliance audits, and supporting safer recruitment.
  • Payroll Administration: Preparation and submission of payroll data, starters and leavers, support payroll audits.
The ideal candidate for this role:
  • CIPD Level 3 or above or working towards.
  • HR experience in an education setting.
  • Strong HR Admin experience, including recruitment, compliance, and payroll admin.
  • Able to work under pressure and an effective communicator.
