- Recruitment & Onboarding: Managing end-to-end recruitment, drafting job adverts, coordinating interviews, and ensuring compliance with safeguarding regulations.
- HR Administration & Compliance: Maintaining accurate HR records, managing payroll submissions, and ensuring policies align with employment law and safeguarding standards.
- Single Central Record (SCR) Management: Keeping records up to date, conducting compliance audits, and supporting safer recruitment.
- Payroll Administration: Preparation and submission of payroll data, starters and leavers, support payroll audits.
- CIPD Level 3 or above or working towards.
- HR experience in an education setting.
- Strong HR Admin experience, including recruitment, compliance, and payroll admin.
- Able to work under pressure and an effective communicator.
