?? We're Hiring: HR Officer at Our Academy!Empowering Learning are seeking a candidate to join the school team as an HR Officer and play a key role in ensuring efficient, proactive HR services within the school or academy and across the region's network when needed.

�? The Role:

As the school or academy's HR Officer, you will provide day-to-day HR services across various activities, including:

  • Payroll & Data Management: Ensure accurate employee records, handle payroll, and maintain Ofsted-compliant data.
  • Recruitment & Compliance: Manage recruitment processes, maintain the Single Central Register, and ensure compliance with safeguarding regulations.
  • HR Policy Guidance: Provide first-line support for HR policies, assist with disciplinary processes, and support employee wellbeing.

?? Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead HR service delivery in collaboration with our People Business Partner and Central People team.
  • Accurately process payroll and manage the HR Information System.
  • Produce HR letters and documents and manage fixed-term contracts and exit procedures.
  • Support managers in performance appraisals, staff inductions, and handling employee relations in line with HR policies.

�? Qualifications & Experience:

  • CIPD Level 3 (or equivalent) qualification is essential, with a solid understanding of HR processes.
  • Proven experience in a similar HR role, ideally within an educational setting.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to manage confidential matters with discretion.
