Are you an experienced HR professional with a passion for sustainable fashion? We are a high-end, eco-conscious fashion brand based in Canary Wharf, and we are looking for a dynamic and skilled Temporary/Ongoing Part-Time HR Manager to join our team for a short-term contract.

Role Overview:

As our HR Manager, you will be instrumental in supporting our HR function, helping to foster a positive, inclusive workplace culture while overseeing key HR operations. Your role will be varied, with responsibility for recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and more, all within the context of a growing and innovative fashion brand committed to sustainability.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Look at the business from a HR perspective, bringing them to a good baseline
  • Oversee employee performance reviews and appraisals, supporting managers in setting clear KPIs.
  • Maintain and update HR policies and employee handbooks, ensuring compliance with current laws and best practices.
  • Provide support on employee relations issues and create a positive working environment.
  • Assist with payroll, benefits administration, and staff well-being programs.
  • Work closely with the leadership team to ensure HR strategies align with the company’s values and objectives.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an HR Manager or in a senior HR role, ideally within fashion or luxury industries but it is not essential.
  • Knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practices.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence and support teams at all levels.
  • High attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to prioritize tasks.
  • A passion for sustainability and the fashion industry.
  • Flexible and adaptable, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • CIPD Qualified
