Description

  • Manage HR systems, including Workday, Service Now and Jira.
  • Deliver high-quality HR services to employees across the company.
  • Support HR projects, from planning through to delivery.
  • Assist in the development of HR policies and procedures.
  • Collaborate with the wider HR team to achieve departmental objectives.
  • Continually strive to improve HR systems and processes.
  • Handle HR data with confidentiality and integrity.
  • Utilise MS Office to produce accurate and insightful reports.

Profile

A successful HR Operations Associate will have:

  • A solid understanding of HR systems, including Workday, Service Now and Jira. (Please note you will need to be a mid/advanced user of Workday with at least 3 years of recent (last 5 years) experience of using the platform daily.
  • Proficiency in MS Office.
  • An ability to deliver high-quality HR services.
  • Experience supporting HR projects.
  • A commitment to improving HR systems and processes.
  • A respect for the confidentiality and integrity of HR data.
  • An existing right to live and work in the UK without the need for sponsorship
  • The ability to be in office 5 days per week. Contracted hours are 8am - 6pm with 1 hour for lunch.
