Description
- Manage HR systems, including Workday, Service Now and Jira.
- Deliver high-quality HR services to employees across the company.
- Support HR projects, from planning through to delivery.
- Assist in the development of HR policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with the wider HR team to achieve departmental objectives.
- Continually strive to improve HR systems and processes.
- Handle HR data with confidentiality and integrity.
- Utilise MS Office to produce accurate and insightful reports.
Profile
A successful HR Operations Associate will have:
- A solid understanding of HR systems, including Workday, Service Now and Jira. (Please note you will need to be a mid/advanced user of Workday with at least 3 years of recent (last 5 years) experience of using the platform daily.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- An ability to deliver high-quality HR services.
- Experience supporting HR projects.
- A commitment to improving HR systems and processes.
- A respect for the confidentiality and integrity of HR data.
- An existing right to live and work in the UK without the need for sponsorship
- The ability to be in office 5 days per week. Contracted hours are 8am - 6pm with 1 hour for lunch.
