About the Job:

As an HR Project Associate/Administrator, you will provide key support to the HR Business Partners and HR Advisors, assisting with various projects, administrative tasks and mail merges. You will be involved in a number of exciting projects, be able to work at pace and to volume.

Duties will include:

  • Supporting the HRBPs and Advisors on restructuring, TUPE, and redundancy projects.
  • High volume mail merges from Excel to Word
  • Providing first-line HR support on general queries and employee relations.
  • Overseeing all employee lifecycle administration, including contracts and leaver processes.
  • Assisting with cyclical reward activities, such as salary and bonus reviews.
  • Managing stakeholder relations and providing advice and guidance.
  • Championing new HR initiatives and process improvements.

About the Successful Applicant:

The ideal candidate will have experience in HR administration, HR project work and high volume mail merge processing. You will possess excellent IT skills, strong communication and organisational abilities, with a proactive approach to supporting multiple HR functions. You will also have strong time management skills and high attention to detail.
