  • Strategic HR Partnerships. 
  • HR Operations, Governance and Business Partnering. 
  • Senior Stakeholder Management.
  • Work closely with the CHRO, UK Country Head and Leaders. 
  • Project manage change initiatives. 
  • Management of UK ER issues. 
  • Direct management of recruitment. 
  • Manage relationships with key HR suppliers. 
  • Ownership of key UK HR policies. 
Competencies Required:
  • Expertise in managing stakeholder relationships.
  • Ability to independently oversee and prioritise complex projects.
  • Proficient in data analysis.
  • Adaptable in high-energy, fast-paced environments, consistently maintaining performance.
  • Proven experience in resolving conflicts effectively.
  • Well-versed in managing change programs.
  • Competent in creating HR communications.
  • Able to view HR processes comprehensively.
  • Strong understanding of UK employment law.
