Are you seeking an entry-level role in Human Resources?Our world-leading Private Investment House client has an opportunity for a Human Resources Intern to be part of the UK HR Team, and support various HR processes and initiatives in order to begin the foundation of their HR career. - Administrative support to the UK HR team in employment processes, such as recruitment, Intern onboarding, benefits and other HR projects that the team is involved in.
- Assist with the onboarding and offboarding activities for Interns, including the preparation of contracts, introductory letters and new starter emails.
- Monitor and action tasks within Workday (HRIS).
- Organising, filing and preparing HR documents.
- Update our internal databases (e.g. HR Overview Tracker) with Intern information, including contract and employment forms.
- Post, update and remove job advertisements on job boards.
- Organise and set up HR interviews with shortlisted candidates for the Intern Recruitment process.
- Conduct Right to Work checks for new joiners and HR Inductions for Interns.
- Registering new joiners onto the benefits platform
- Supporting in organising Career Fairs events and activities (including registration and logistics of the day).
- Assist with employee HR-related queries e.g. resetting passwords to ADP portal.
