Role Overview:
As the UK HR Specialist, you'll be the go-to expert for employment law and HR operations, making key decisions that impact the UK workforce and leading new initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement and manage UK employment laws and HR best practices
- Lead projects on new regulations (e.g., flexible working policies)
- Oversee visa sponsorship processes for international team members
- Drive new HR projects and adapt to evolving business needs

- Expertise in UK employment regulations and visa sponsorship processes
- Excellent communication skills to liaise with global headquarters
- Minimum Level 5 CIPD Qualification
