Description

An Interim HR Advisor to:

- Manage the full employee lifecycle with the collaboration of the wider HR Team

- Be the first POC for your client area, ensuring comprehensive advice on full employee lifecycle matters

- Support in the delivery of the HR strategy

- Support on employee relation case work, including sickness absence and investigation support

- Coach and advise managers on HR best practice, mitigating risk where required

- Recruitment: lead on recruitment campaigns from writing adverts, through to offer letters and contracts

- Ensure the SCR (single central register) is kept up to date

- Manage learning and development activity, such as training needs analysis, coordinate training and provide inductions to new starters

- Ensure candidates are compliance and correct documentation is gathered

- Review and update policies / processes

- Report HR Data accordingly

- Lead the appraisal process

Profile

A Interim HR Advisor with:

- Previous education experience desirable but open to commercial background

- Strong written communication

- Previous experience operating in a HR Generalist capacity

- Previous experience of coaching and advising managers

- Previous experience working in a fast pace environment
