Description

An Interim HR Advisor to:

Assist with the management of employee relations cases
Provide support in the recruitment and onboarding process
Offer guidance on HR policies and procedures
Undertake any necessary administrative tasks within the HR team
Support the HR Manager in the development and implementation of HR strategies
Assist in employee training and development programs
Support the management of performance reviews
Maintain discretion and confidentiality at all times

Profile

An Interim HR Advisor with:

Previous Education experience
Excellent knowledge of HR policies and procedures
Strong ER Experience
Able to start immediately
