Description
An Interim HR Advisor to:
- Provide comprehensive HR support to all levels of staff
- Act as the first point of contact and advice on all HR matters such as sickness absence; probation, flexible working, performance management, maternity leave process
- Support the Learning and Development Strategy and employee engagement plans
- Manage the end to end recruitment campaigns
- Support the onboarding, and staff induction processes
- Manage staff records and ensure data accuracy
- Support the development and delivery of HR projects
- Advise on employment law and HR best practices
- Coordinate staff training and development initiatives
- Manage staff well-being and engagement initiatives
Profile
An interim HR Advisor with:
- Experience in a similar HR role
- Knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practices
- Experience working in the Not For Profit sector is desirable
- Able to start immediately
