Description
An Interim HR Advisor to:
- Assist with the management of employee relations cases
- Provide support in the recruitment and onboarding process
- Offer guidance on HR policies and procedures
- Undertake any necessary administrative tasks within the HR team
- Support the HR Manager in the development and implementation of HR strategies
- Assist in employee training and development programs
- Support the management of performance reviews
- Maintain discretion and confidentiality at all times
Profile
An Interim HR Advisor with:
- Previous Education experience
- Excellent knowledge of HR policies and procedures
- Strong ER Experience
- Able to start immediately
