My client, an established organisation sitting within the Not for Profit sector is looking for a Junior HR Business Partner to join the team, in a newly created Junior HR Business Partner role. You will be a solid HR Generalist who will hold strong ER experience, particularly managing mid to complex ER issues.
This Junior HR Business Partner position will be supporting 2 HR Business Partners in a very busy and hands on HR team. You must be flexible and willing to support the HR Team as and when required. Experience of working to tight deadlines and managing your own workload is essential. ER experience is a necessity for this Junior HR Business Partner vacancy, for example dealing with disciplinaries and grievances, investigations, performance management, as well as sickness and absence management cases. Experience of building strong stakeholder management experience is also required by this Junior HR Business Partner role.
In this Junior HR Business Partner you will be able to assist the Business Partners in quite a few upcoming HR projects and a HR Transformation Project.
For this Junior HR Business Partner position you must be available to start immediately and able to commit to the 6 month contract. This a hybrid role where the Junior HR Business Partner will need to be in the office 3 days a week.
