Part-time People Partner (21 hours), 9 month FTC - Leading membership organisation - London with hybrid workingc£40,000 FTEThis is a great opportunity for an HR Generalist looking to work part-time and join a leading member organisation until the end of December 2025. Reporting into the Director of People & Organisational Development you will be responsible for providing high quality HR generalist support and advice to a specific directorate. Your key responsibilities will include:-

  • Advising managers on performance management, absence management and other employee relations issues
  • Responding to HR queries and providing advice as and when required
  • Offering guidance on employee wellbeing initiatives and support services
  • Supporting managers with workforce planning and recruitment
  • Championing the delivery of the EDI strategy
  • Leading and participating in HR projects

You should be an experienced HR Generalist or People Partner with a track record of providing HR advice and support to a specific client group. A strong knowledge of employment law needs to be combined with experience of managing complex employee relations issues and working on HR projects. Excellent stakeholder management skills are essential. Ideally you will have worked in the charity, not for profit or public sectors.
