Established in 2008, Oyster Search & Selection specialise in recruiting HR professionals on behalf of a range of clients in Legal, Professional and Financial Services nationwide and internationally. We recruit in to roles for both HR Generalists and HR Specialists on a permanent and interim basis.

We are currently recruiting for a Pensions & Benefits Associate on behalf of a new client in Financial Services in London, with c150 employees based in the UK .

Reporting to the Head of People Operations, you will be the go-to person for all payroll-related communications, from coordinating with employees to ensuring deadlines are met, to collaborating with the People and Culture and Finance teams. In addition, you will also be first point of contact for Employee Benefits, including PMI, EV Car and Cycle to Work Schemes and will liaise with the Pensions Administration team, regarding any changes eg to new joiners and leavers.

The ideal candidate will possess a sound understanding of UK payroll and of working with an external Payroll Bureau, an eye for detail (reconciliations and so on), and excellent relationship-building and team working skills. Ideally, you will have gained this experience in a regulated Financial or Professional Services setting.
