HR Advisor - Change
I am exclusively recruiting for an experienced HR Advisor Change for a 12 month fixed term contract
Location: Stratford - East London
Industry - Charity
This is 2 days a week on site as a minimum
Other days working from home
Salary range is £40.000 - £43.500
Interview - one stage
This role will need an experienced HR Advisor (min 4 years as an Advisor)
You will hopefully be a wizard with HR data, with the ability to extract information, interpret data, and produce reports that are easy to read for stakeholders, data analytics and managing spreadsheets
You will support all three People & Culture Business Partners with organisational change projects across the organisation
Some duties
You will
- Provide high quality advice and guidance to managers and staff about change processes
- Provide support to People & Culture Business Partners leading change at all stages of organisational change. This will include maintaining the datasheets for change, managing employee relations issues arising from change, producing accurate redundancy calculations
Person specification
- CIPD Level 5
- Significant experience of supporting managers, staff and people colleagues with organisational change processes gained within a complex work environment
- Strong knowledge of employment law and the experience to apply that knowledge to manage employee relations cases end-to-end and know when to seek support from senior People colleagues or a third party
- A minimum of 4 years working experience as a HR Advisor
- Up to date UK employment law knowledge and experience
