Temporary People Associate Role within National Pharma-Tech Organisation - Immediate Start

Are you a proactive and detail-oriented People/HR professional looking for a short-term opportunity in a dynamic environment? Looking for a People Associate to join a team on a temporary basis and support the firm's UK employees with essential HR processes.

About the Role:

In this role, you will play a key part in delivering an exceptional employee experience by managing first-level HR queries, maintaining accurate records, and supporting key People processes. You will work closely with the wider People Team to ensure seamless HR operations and a high standard of service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Responding to employee queries via the People Help desk, ensuring timely resolutions within SLAs
  • Maintaining accurate employee records, tracking approvals, updating HR systems, and drafting relevant correspondence
  • Managing our HRIS (HiBob), ensuring data integrity and accuracy
  • Providing administrative support to the People Team as needed
  • Assisting with ad hoc HR projects and demonstrating a proactive, service-oriented approach
What We're Looking For:
  • Previous experience in HR administration, with knowledge of HR policies and processes
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation
  • Ability to work independently while managing competing priorities
  • Professional communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Experience using HRIS platforms (HiBob experience is a plus)
  • A collaborative mindset and ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment
