I am working with a leading Creative Agency who are looking for a proactive People Operations Coordinator to support the team on an initial FTC. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is driven when it comes to managing HR admin processes and projects and wants to join a people focused business with a super collaborative team ??
The ideal candidate will have a passion for HR and a strong background in managing the employee lifecycle, with a focus on onboarding, offboarding, and HRIS systems. You will be responsible for ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all processes, demonstrating exceptional time management and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
You will have at least 1-2 years HR Admin experience with an interest in HR operations, agency experience is a plus! Ideally, you will have worked within a medium to large sized organisation and used to a high volume of work.
