As part of a small HR team, you’ll help create a positive and engaging workplace while gaining hands-on experience in all areas of HR. You will play a key role in supporting the HR team and wider business by providing expert assistance across employee relations, HR processes, and data management.

What You’ll Be Doing:
  • HR Administration: Supporting day-to-day HR operations, maintaining employee records, handling key documentation and providing reports on people analytics
  • Recruitment Support: Assisting with job postings, interview scheduling, and onboarding new hires.
  • Employee Relations: Being a point of contact for HR queries and supporting employee engagement initiatives.
  • Policy & Compliance: Ensuring HR policies and procedures are followed and staying up-to-date with employment law.
  • HR Projects: Getting involved in exciting projects to improve ways of working and support business needs.
What We’re Looking For:
  • A passion for HR and a desire to grow your career in the field
  • Strong administrative and organizational skills with attention to detail
  • Great communication skills and the ability to build relationships at all levels
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing environment in a blue collar work environment
  • CIPD qualification (or working towards it) is desirable but not essential
  • Previous HR experience is essential.
